A year ago we had the misfortune of water coming through the ceiling due to ice dams. He removed the damaged part, made repairs and painted so it looks just like new.
The Dummerston Community Center Board of TrusteesMomaney Painters recently painted the exterior and the interior of our 1932 building. The building had not been painted for many years. The Painters went beyond applying paint. Overgrown shrubbery was cut and removed, windows needed much work. The building was pressure washed, scraped, primer applied, with 2 final coats of oil paint giving the building the attention it deserved.
The interior also needed more than painting. The crew removed old heating pipes, removed ceiling light covers that contained a few bats.The list is long of items and good deeds that Moe and crew performed that went beyond their contract.
The “Painters” were professional, hard working, cheerful and completed all work to our complete satisfaction. We recommend the “Momaney Painters” to anyone who is looking for a responsible, trustworthy, local, long established painting contractor for residential or commercial project.

Daniel Korngruth, Brattleboro, VTI’ve worked with Moe on various jobs over the past three years and, as a builder with over 20 years of experience, I can tell you that Moe’s skills and talents are manifold. Moe shows up early, does excellent work and leaves the job site clean and tidy. His crew is respectful and diligent. Moe has an eye for detail.
I also want to mention a few things about the man himself that are professionally relevant: Moe is an incredibly nice guy; he’s friend and kind and maintains a positive attitude, Moe learned his trade from his family but, perhaps even more remarkable is the fact that his kids work for him every summer.
Lastly, I have to mention Moe’s rates. I first worked with Moe while doing extensive repairs to the exterior of a home in downtown Brattleboro. The client received numerous bids and Moe’s was among the lower ones. When the homeowner picked Moe, I assumed that the low price would be reflected in the quality of the work but was pleasantly surprised by Moe’s EXACTING standards. To put it bluntly, he’s been in the trades a long time and he knows exactly what he’s doing.
